THE BAR
We filled the gym with high quality equipment catered to powerlifting/calisthenics and general fitness, we have everything you need to optimize your training and become the best version of yourself. The Bar welcomes ALL levels of fitness from the mom and dad wanting to get in better shape all the way to world class athletes and everyone in between. Our yonugest member is 8 and our oldest is 74, everyone is welcome here! Coaching is also available so don't worry if you're not failure with this type of equipment.
We have a 36ft ROGUE rig with 6 squat/bench stations and over 15 pull up bars + rings for calisthenics, we also have 5 more powerlifting specific combo racks with competition carpet so you can prepare for the platform. All together we have 11 stations to squat and bench in so it's very unlikely you'll have to wait for a rack like at other gyms. We also have a wide variety of specialized bars to help you improve in all areas of your training along with calibrated plates, metal plates and bumpers that can be used for Olympic lifting.
