THE BAR
Here at The Bar, we boast about the quality and the equipment we have decided to acquire. The 20ft ROGUE rig as the main piece de resistance, if you may, serves as not only the playground for calisthenics with plenty of bars, but as well as plenty of bench/squat stations. If you actually like to, and know how, or want to learn how to train properly, we know how crucial these can be. We have all experienced the need to wait for a squat station as most commercial gyms lack more than what's necessary (..that or the lovely smith machines). With the desire to be able to cater to those who range from beginner to advanced lifters, we provide a great variety of Olympic bars, bumper plates and deadlift platforms. Bands, foam rollers and other mobility tools are also available in house, as well as battle ropes and sleds for conditioning. As we keep growing, we plan to continue to add equipment that will help grow the strength of the community and environment we chase after.
